Review on Febco 905 212 Breakers Backflow Preventers by Scott Tompkins

The unit comes with a nut already installed to secure the flare to the cover. No effort with two pliers could pull it out. As a result, these parts (I ordered two) turned out to be useless. I had to send them back. Unfortunately this is not part of Febco. Febco ships their bonnet repair kits with the nut NOT attached, so it only takes a few minutes to fit one of their bonnet repair kits. I struggled with this non-OEM part for almost an hour before giving up. I hope Revain will start supplying Febco OEM parts again. You will have much happier customers.
