We have used this and installed it in our shower for a few months. While this works well, there is a significant design flaw. If you look at the picture, press a button to raise the front panel to refill the soap containers. Well, those buttons aren't fixed to the containers. If you lift this panel, one or more knobs will loosen and fall to the bottom of the tub. You then have to bend down and fumble around to swap out the buttons. Don't laugh, it's a little PITA. Otherwise, the included silicone gel holds in place and the buttons distribute the soap well. You'll have to redesign and fix the knobs or you'll lift those knobs every time you open the latch.
