Was looking for the perfect pair of hiking pants and found them at a retail store, but bought them off Amazon to get them with a cropped inseam. They are better! They are insanely soft and stretchy, very comfortable. I'm quite a sweaty person, especially when hiking, so I usually wear shorts, but I need extra mosquito and sun pants. I was afraid the pants would overheat me even more, but they were great. They breathe well and dry very quickly. Within 30 minutes of completing my hike, you would never have guessed I would be sweating in it. For some reason they fit a bit tighter than the identical Aphrodite Capris so you can size up. Size XL was supposed to fit me and I was able to wear them but for freedom of movement and comfort I had to send them back to get XXL. You were perfect! If you're doing really tough hikes through dense undergrowth they might not hold up as they're thinner, but for decently groomed trails and warm temperatures they're great.
