Review on Ultimate Relaxation with Orbeez Soothing Non Toxic Water Beads by Todd Hauff

My daughter had it on her Christmas list (she didn't get it) and then it popped up again on her birthday wish list. I noticed Revain had it on sale so I ordered it. The packaging it came in was nice and easy to gift wrap and the instructions were easy to set up. It works as expected and my daughter loves it. The problem I have from a mother's perspective is that the 2 packs of Orbeez that come with it take at least 4 hours to hydrate. Once wet they get smaller than I thought and if dropped they bounce and fly all over the place and are very difficult to clean. Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way when we first used it. Orbeez also breaks fairly easily and can get into a mess very easily. The motor is also very noisy during operation, so it was difficult for my daughter to hear me when I asked her a question when I was sitting less than 10 feet from her. I had to repeat 4 times before she heard it. The only other issue is that after reassembling it doesn't fit back in the box and I can't take it apart easily enough without worrying about breaking it. I guess it doesn't matter except that we like to keep things in their original packaging when not in use, with all the instructions and little details so nothing gets lost. As I said, my daughter thinks this foot bath is so cool, my criticism is only from mom's point of view. I don't think I would buy it again if I couldn't get it on sale.
