The balloons burst DURING the 1st birthday

The balloons were inflated for a maximum of one hour before they randomly began to burst. It was very noisy and scared the birthday boy (1st birthday). One of the big ones showed up right away and they were about to play a game. The balloon arch does not hold the balls in place. Tried so many possibilities and they just kept falling out. Not to mention that many of them were very pear-shaped no matter how much air you gave them. It doesn't work very well on a bow.
