I like that it is flexible, easy to use for newbies as well as experts (who know what they are doing), and does not require much maintenance once you have implemented your shopping cart solution properly. The support team can be quite slow at times when working with them over email versus live chat. Make sure you get everything in writing before committing to any agreements or plans of action. We used LiveCart to create our website. It helped us keep things organized. The team at Jh are very professional, efficient and always willing to go that extra mile for you. They have helped us with our website redesigns as well as implementing new features. I would highly recommend them! Nothing so far - they've been great to work with.
