I only drink A2 milk 2% but I didn't find any A2 yogurt on the market so I threw the bones based on the reviews and ordered this machine. I couldn't be happier. I followed directions, heated 42 ounces of A2 milk, cooled, mixed with 7 ounces of Simple Truth organic low-fat yogurt, poured the mixture into glass jars, and turned on at 9:30pm for 11 hours. I turned it off around 8:15, put the glasses in the fridge and went about my business. I came back late afternoon, opened the jar and was handed the best yoghurt I have ever tasted. It's thick like custard, has a nice "flavor" and is very cheap to make ($3.99 for 32 ounces for STO yogurt versus $2.19 for a gallon of Braums A2 milk for less than $1 for 32 ounces). The jars are nice and heavy, but there's a groove or channel in the bottom where leftover yogurt can "hide" when you're done. It stayed even after thorough rinsing. Be sure to clean them thoroughly and pay special attention to the groove before next use, as this residue can ruin the batch. The device seems to be made well enough for the job, very easy to use, simple instructions and excellent yoghurt. If you like or love yogurt and eat enough of it then this is a great buy. If you eat 1 liter a week, the car will pay for itself in about 4 months.
