rubbed my son's legs leaving red marks *updated with my temporary fix if you're in a bind*

My toddler loves them, they glow, they are cute but the tips are rough leaving red rings around his legs. He got them last night and was so excited to wear them to school for the first time. He was wearing pants, but he didn't tuck his pants into his boots. I am looking for ear plugs for her because he loves them but as a parent I am not happy with them. ****** MY UPDATE AND EASY WORK FIX ****** Until I can get a soft fleece fabric to make my own boot liners or just cuffs to put on... I took a pair of XL size adult slippers : Cut off your fingers. I decided my outer cuff would be about 3 inches above the boot. I folded them in half lengthwise and made a small cut on the sides, maybe 1/4 inch. Put on a temporary lining. Fold the cuff down. not perfect, but for now a temporary quick fix will do

Pros
  • I guess!
Cons
  • The materials that boots are made from may not be sustainable, making them bad for the planet.
