I like their structure of project management process which includes risk analysis phase before executing any work in order to make sure we are up-to date with current business environment. It's also better than others as it provides more detailed reports for each team member who works within this specific area so they can improve themselves by learning from other teams' experience too. So far everything seems fine but since there isn't much use cases or projects running yet (we're only testing out things) i think people would be satisfied if you have many clients already using your product/service and reporting back about how good is working with them etc. We've been implementing our own version of ticketing system where users could get an overview over all tickets assigned to one user.
