These tricky cookie boxes were just what I needed to offer my mom's 100 favorite cupcakes [hummingbird cake with cream cheese frosting] to guests at a socially distanced reception after her funeral. With their sturdy construction and clear cellophane window on the lid, they had everyone smiling before they even tried them! The waiter arranged them in the form of a pyramid on the serving table - beautiful!
