Better than I expected.

Judging by the price, the quality is much higher than expected. I like that the hose is insulated. This keeps the first few sips from overheating. I suspect this keeps the water in the tube from freezing in cold weather, although I haven't tested this. The size is perfect for day trips. It's big enough to pack lunch and maybe a sweater or light jacket. The zippers work well and I haven't noticed any problems with the stitching. Until it leaks. The quick disconnect hoses are really handy, especially for cleaning, but I think if they ever start leaking it will be at the quick connect points. Bite valve but that has been my experience with every hydration pack I've used.

Pros

Comfort and Ventilation: Shoulder, chest and waist straps conform to your body and reduce sway. Three breathable mesh pads on the back accelerate airflow and cool your back. Dense foam padding on the shoulder straps provides comfort and relaxation.
