The idea of these headphones is great, but they are terrible. The sound quality is ok but the connection is terrible. I have serious problems with the right earpiece dropping out. I contacted Earin and they gave me a list of things I should do to improve my connection strength. And nothing worked. I have told them several times that I just need to return them and claim my one year warranty and they have not responded. Don't waste money on them. Terrible product and even worn out customer service.
