Received product and charged overnight but does not work. After charging I tried connecting 2 Iphones (failed) then a Windows 10 PC (failed). It connected to everyone for a very short time and then disconnected on all three devices. Support needs support! Do not buy!

I've been looking forward to these headphones since they came out just waiting to buy them cheaper. Despite being a used pair they are just fantastic, fit perfectly in my ears and they don't slip like others I bought last year that didn't even work as a pair. Simply the best Bluetooth headphones on the market.

Air was filled in on time as expected Good goods according to the materials Sound partly good it breaks on one side. However, these are good equalizer apps that ensure it works fantastically and costs $80 instead of $250.

The only good thing about this Bluetooth is the assembly and packaging, that's all. Bad connection, bad volume and the worst is the EARIN app for M1, after that you can connect once, without ground (NO MORE). God I've been figuring this out for almost 6 hours now, uninstall the app forget bluetooth. reinstall in settings and tweak over and over again. JUST TIRED 😠 I hope Earin will listen and stop selling the M1.

The idea of these headphones is great, but they are terrible. The sound quality is ok but the connection is terrible. I have serious problems with the right earpiece dropping out. I contacted Earin and they gave me a list of things I should do to improve my connection strength. And nothing worked. Let me begin by buying this product with hope and prayer. I saw this product on Kickstarter a few years ago and decided not to buy it at the time.
