The proximal part of my humerus 🦴 is fractured and this brace will keep your arm in place but also allow for some movement. This is good for non-displaced fractures as my shoulder is not that stiff. For size reference only. I am a tall woman, 5ft 8in, weight 275lbs. I have a lot of upper body weight. I ordered the largest size and it fits great! Since I can't wear a bra, this strap works by holding DD while supporting my arm - hey, total win, win. The only thing I would have liked from this sling would be more softness on the two hand straps as the velcro surfaces are a little rough on the skin. Hopefully it will soften up soon. Ideal for people with shoulder injuries who have neck, upper back, etc.
