Review on HumanCentric Vertical Laptop Stand For Desks (Silver) by Jamie Clark

I've been looking for laptop stands that fit a 16 inch professional for a long time. I'm sure many of you have seen this product get high ratings. My question is HOW? When I received the item it was not complete. The 2 plastic edges weren't connected and it came with no instructions but was relatively manageable after some fiddling. The stand is very light and the color matches the MacBook very well. Well I can say that. Besides, it's sloppy shit. First, it has a HUGE opening. You can literally put a Bible or a 1998 laptop in there. This means there is enough space for your laptop. move. It doesn't hold the laptop in place. Of course you don't want a super tight fit, but it comes in the opposite direction and is completely loose. Your laptop doesn't actually stand on this stand, it just leans back. If you watch my video you can see that if the laptop is tilted back too far it will just fall over, which is unacceptable for people paying hundreds or thousands for their device. The rubber feet on this stand also move freely in their grooves and do not extend the full length of the stand. Apart from the look of the stand, this is complete junk. I wouldn't be happy with this thing if I bought it from Five Below let alone pay $30 for it. MAKE . NO. TO BUY. look elsewhere
