I like that it is very customizable so you can set up your own workflows as well if needed or wanted! It's easy enough but not too simple where there isn't much thought put into how things are done in terms of adding features/functionality (which could be helpful). They have added new functionality recently which has been great though they need some sorta tutorial videos at least once before people get started using them - just make sure their support team knows what questions may arise when trying out these functions because sometimes we don’t know until AFTER doing something wrong ourselves haha!! We use this software primarily during projects however its also good after hours since everyone still needs access via computers while working remotely etc.. This helps us keep track who worked last week vs next month versus current quarter compared against previous quarters within each department such accounting / finance departments, design services areas ect... Its helped me manage my time better.
