Dark Iron Fitness forwarded the squat pad in a timely manner, and it arrived well-packaged. Also, a principal in the organization forwarded at least two e-mail messages, in advance of and following delivery of the item, wherein he/she thanked me for the purchase, provided background on the company, and pledged his/her support in case anything untoward happened to the shipment or i was dissatisfied with the product. Although I have only used the product once, it fit the olympic bar well and cushioned my neck from the stress and discomfort normally associated with placement of the bar during squats. Given the customer attention and apparent quality of the merchandise, I recommend Dark Iron Fitness to future customers. The only reason I did not give it five stars is my limited use of the product and first time association with the company.
