My expectations for MSgumiho were high, and I was looking forward to shopping there for my outdoor gear requirements. The website wasn't user-friendly and the goods weren't described in detail. Moreover, the prices were higher than those of competing web retailers. When my shipment eventually arrived, I was dismayed to see that the goods were of poor quality. Both the fishing rod and the hunting boots I acquired were defective upon first use. When I tried to contact customer support about the problems, they were unhelpful and condescending. My time at MSgumiho was overall frustrating and unsatisfactory. If you are in need of high-quality camping equipment and prompt, helpful service, do not shop at this web retailer. Don't bother, and go somewhere else.
