Fits 1985 Toyota Pickup. These lights are really cool! The pressure bars on my truck are very difficult to replace so although they are a thing of the past it will be nice never to have to do it again! Halogen bulbs put out slightly more light than sealed bulbs, and replacing H4 bulbs is incredibly easy. I can fit 100w/55w off-road bulbs in them, so I have legal low beam and high power high beam, and just swap the bulbs to 55w/60w bulbs for fully legal use in the outdoors off. While they're not DOT-approved, they're technically legal anyway, which poses a risk. That being said, I'll admit that I use 100W/55W bulbs all the time and I'm very careful not to dazzle people. I mostly drive with the headlights on, especially when cornering. Low Beam: The low beam pattern is beautiful! Much better than Sealed Beams have ever been. All of the light is spread widely so the roadside is actually illuminated as it is in front of you and the rays have a very sharp cut-off line. like, something like. My only complaint with these headlights is that each bulb bends a bit of light up and to the right at low beam. (I guess for the street sign lights) While this should be a good feature, Hella's execution seems a bit poor. When I aim the beams at the wall, there's a very clear cut-off with two triangles sticking out, which means that if I adjust the low beams the way I need them, I'll give someone a peek from time to time eyes shine. For that I would reduce my rating by half a star but have to round up to 5 as my overall experience is very good. slightly scattered about it. It's great off-road as my fog lights come on up close and it's nice to be able to see a bit of what's overhead. Having a 100w off-road beam is quite satisfying and I'd have a hard time ever going back! Be careful when installing a higher wattage lamp as you don't want to burn anything. My factory wiring was fine, but I replaced the headlight relay with a secondary relay that wasn't large enough and blew after a few hours. This can be a very dangerous situation, which is why I highly recommend running some tests before simply overloading your system. I'd love to compare them to other headlamp sets but hopefully this will help you make an informed decision about them. I'd still choose them over others I've seen, but it might just be a matter of brand loyalty. In any case, they look the same as the standard models and are still made of glass, which is a must-have for me. If you want to upgrade your sealed bars, just do it if you can afford it! You will not regret it.
