This tablet stand is almost perfect except for one major flaw. They attached a metal bar for the charging cable. This was unnecessary and causes several problems. 1) It puts a lot of pressure on the charging cable and charging port when plugged in and in portrait mode. This can damage the charging port and eventually lead to a complete failure. 2) Difficult to easily insert/remove the device from the charging station when the charging cable is plugged in. Since my tablet is in DeX mode (desktop mode) when placed on this tablet stand, unplugging the charge/data cable will immediately disable Dex mode, which will terminate all programs. These problems could have been avoided if they hadn't just set that stupid bar. The same company sells a cell phone stand without this pole.
