I keep getting the message "USB storage device is full on Blink cameras. New clips are not backed up until space is freed." I tried using two separate USB devices, one 8GB and one 128GB. I formatted them as exFAT specified on my PC. I have a Green tick in the Blink app showing the USB is working. It also shows Storage 0%. Same screen says "Backup complete on 03/07/21 at 21:25". I have the USB flash Safely ejected drive opened it up on my pc and the blink and blink backup folders were empty I'm totally frustrated and wasted a lot of time on this I even called Blink tech support and all they said was that the USB would not be used until the 30 day trial expired. The response from tech support does not match Blink's documentation. This is of course the same period of time I have to return the camera. I like the camera , but ic h am disappointed with this feature so I'm only giving it 2 stars.
