Worst Hair Ever! I want a refund!
This is literally the worst hair I've ever bought (and I buy a lot of hair)! I don't know how they lightened this hair before accidentally adding gray (the gray doesn't even reach the brown roots), but they ruined the hair beyond repair. I've tried deep conditioning, protein treatment, and Joico K-Pak, but it's beyond saving. I wasn't expecting much for the price but I at least expected to be able to wear it once without struggling with all the tangles and terrible dryness. It's like synthetic hair that's worn too long. Don't waste your money on this nonsense.
