Like this stuff but not so sure about mounting pictures on the wall. It is easy to use, it does adhere to most surfaces pretty well but liked the idea it would not damage a wall or where pictures could be hung. I have a 'wall' of pictures/artwork and some I had nailed in the wall and decided to try this tape. It works well on smaller framed pictures.maybe 4X6 size range but on slightly larger, 8X10 it's not so effective. I had hung maybe 4 this way and two fell off the wall, one while I was sitting in another room and heard a crash.and wondered what it was.turned out one fell off and the glass broke as well. I did replace the frame and did put it back up with the tape but used a whole lot more tape (fully across the top and down each side. As for removal not so easy and on an item I wanted to hang kitchen cleaning tools when rearranging one of the spots pulled away the paint on the wall. So beware.
