I have three of these tubes. Yes, the hose itself is stiffer and thicker than your traditional hoses, but that's not necessarily better. Do you regularly run over or step on your hoses? I didn't and found a few problems with it.1. One of the three has come loose at the point where the hose meets the end fitting and is leaking.2. Mine didn't come with end caps.3. Probably the biggest problem with them is that they don't compress or "fit" at all. If you store yours in a bumper or some kind of tube, these won't work for you. They hardly compress and take up twice as much space as regular, cheaper tubes. I say buy regular hoses and you will be happier.
