The zipper came loose on the first pull
A really cute little pouch to toss in your purse to store hair ties, lip balm etc without having to rummage through them. The only disappointment is that the cute leather zipper ripped in half on the first try. Too much hassle with the exchange as it's still usable and cute. But that would be my only complaint.
