This was the third combo curling iron I bought; The first one wouldn't snap and when I used it the bars fell out. The second one didn't have a cool tip and I burned myself twice with it. This one is almost perfect. I say "almost" because if he could style my hair by himself, that would be perfect. I like the design; the bars are securely fixed and will not fall out; The device heats up quickly and I have not suffered any burns. Everything positive! The only downside is that the cord gets tangled on itself.
