Battery life is good, and heart rate and blood pressure are pretty close, if not exact. I bought it mainly for step counting and it's not very good in that regard, hence the 3 star rating. I found an app for my Android phone that counts steps fairly accurately, so I use it for steps and smartwatch for other functions.
