I like how easy it was set up within minutes after installing our first client's Android phone from one of their employees' phones who had been working remotely without any issues previously with another employee (who wasn't able to get her own work done). The system has worked flawlessly since then! Nothing really - other than perhaps being more intuitive as far as what features do various things? Or maybe just having some sort of tutorial/video available would be helpful; but not necessary so long we have someone at least somewhat familiar using this tool already when they start doing training sessions here.
