Remote desktop tool that is used only when needed

One more client I've spoken with about this software says 'it's not good enough'. It just doesn't have what it takes to be successful. As others mentioned - you're basically paying just to keep on using their platform once they go. The UI isn't really designed well (even if there are some nice looking screens out) which makes me believe they don't care enough. They seem stuck between two worlds and are now trying to make themselves as big as possible - but at what point do we start saying no?…

Pros
  • Easy way how to configure remote testing environment; ability to work in parallel environments without any restrictions or limitations that could affect your productivity while working within such an infrastructure; flexible management options including automated builds/deployments via Jenkins integration tooling, possibility to execute manual steps through command line interface tools like ssh agent + git bash shell script automation scripts
Cons
  • Nothing here

Great experience, seamless implementation

I like how easy it was set up within minutes after installing our first client's Android phone from one of their employees' phones who had been working remotely without any issues previously with another employee (who wasn't able to get her own work done). The system has worked flawlessly since then! Nothing really - other than perhaps being more intuitive as far as what features do various things? Or maybe just having some sort of tutorial/video available would be helpful; but not necessary so

Pros
  • It works well for all devices, including mobile platforms such an iOS or Apple OSX device that were used in conjunction during installation which allowed me access via my personal iPad 3 while sitting next door watching TV along side them both..it doesn’t require much tech support either.all is needed are basic internet capabilities plus email addresses / user names only required once setup process completes successfully &amp
Cons
  • Some little things
