Bought as a gift and was told it was NOT comfortable

Bought as a gift and recipient said it was NOT comfortable, had to take off shoes mid shift. The shoes were the right size BUT the fit was snug, uncomfortable and a waste of money. Luckily they still had a pair of shoes.
