The most important thing I like about this tool is that it has an integration with all other tools used by our organization, which makes life easier when we have different vendors in place such as Salesforce or Google Apps etc., but what also helps us out big time are its alerts functionality where you can set up emails/SMS messages automatically whenever there's any change made within your system (such changes could be anything from email sent not being received at recipient end; changing of status quo),which reduces manual intervention needed once something goes wrong.
