Poor quality smartwatch straps
I received the item a few weeks ago and tried to remove the strap to clean it. They didn't want to open when you held the buttons on the back of the watch and when I finally pulled them out the part holding them in the latch was already broken. This should not happen after using the watch once. The included plastic protector made it impossible to turn the volume knob. I would suggest getting a different brand.
