Saves me tons if research and data collection
It's easy to use, provides you with all of your answers in one place which saves time when looking for different resources or solutions within our organizations systems! I dislike how slow it takes once logged into an account after having used another system (like Salesforce) prior - waiting at least 5 seconds before being able to do anything else!! This has nothing directly related to their product but instead more towards using multiple applications simultaneously while working from home during this pandemic situation we are currently living through?
Pros
- The ability to easily find the information I'm looking for when searching for different resources or solutions
Cons
- The slow speed once logged into an account after having used another system (like Salesforce) prior
