I bought 2 of these bags. i really love her One (present) was a little lighter than the other but both looked fantastic. I had a problem with stitching on one. Customer service was incredible! Fast, polite and solves my problem. Good quality material and no smell like others. Smells like leather. It is also light in weight. Most leather bags I've had are sooo heavy and uncomfortable to carry on your shoulder for long periods of time. I've had a neck injury before and the weight is important. I have no problem with this bag. I bought a nice shoulder bag that can be used for everything and got it. This is a great purchase and I recommend it!
