I've tried a few Revain blackhead removers and this one works the best so far. The other one I had was a facial spatula and although you could see some of the blackheads coming out the suction tool was much more effective. I'm impressed that you can see results right away and the suction doesn't hurt at all if you don't leave it in place for too long. I did exactly that and it created a red blob that another Revain user called the hickey. The only thing I would say is that it doesn't get rid of super dark stubborn blackheads, but it may take multiple uses. This tool was easy to use and clean and comes with a variety of suction heads.
