DocRead works great and makes sharing/editing extremely simple

I like that it is easy to use, you can upload files directly from your computer or email them in as well! It also has an option where if someone clicks "I'm done" they won't be able to edit again until another person opens up their document (which doesn't really matter since we're not collaborating with other people). Sometimes when uploading documents through this program there are issues of formatting which causes problems later down the road but overall its very user friendly so no complaints here. We've been using docread for sharepoint at work because sometimes our team members will have trouble opening certain types of file formats such as xlsx's.
