I manage multiple apartment buildings. Recently we had a water leak from the ceiling of the dressing room. I cut open the ceiling drywall to find the entire water soaked area of wood studs, insulation, and drywall. I tried a smaller dehumidifier and fan, the small unit drew a pint of water from the room.
