I got these about a week ago and I love them! They really take the guess work out of everything. It doesn't seem like very much food but seriously once its on the plate its a lot! I've upped my protein and veggies and feel so much more satisfied and fuller. They microwave well too. I usually hand wash so I can reuse them for my next snack/meal.
