Complete Portion Control Container System - 14 Pieces With A 21-Day Plan Review

I am following Weight Watchers and use these containers to help me plan my meals using portion control. What a difference in portion sizes on my plate and I am actually losing weight. I am using the 21 Day Fix option for exercise and I am seeing results. Use these containers for anytype of meal planning to get accurate amounts of food on your plate if you are watching your weight. Worth the investment.

So I purchased the set after reading the reviews. I guess the company listened. Mine were clean, labeled correctly, no cracks. I've used a set so far so good.

I purchased these for my Beachbody program and they worked perfect. They are not air tight so I make sure to keep them standing straight up if it contains liquid.

The only problem I have with this item is the tiny print and tiny guide on appropriate eating. I was hoping for more. Maybe not an in-depth flyer, but one that is big enough to read without magnifying it by 1000. LOLOtherwise.I love what I have purchased. Love the colors and the labels. Definite good buy.Thanks!

This is awesome for beginners into informed nutrition and hitting all of the food groups. I would’ve gave it five, but I’d strongly recommend getting the size up for this. This particular set doesn’t even have the necessary number of containers for the bare minimum requirements of their most caloric restricted plan.

The containers themselves are fine, There is nothing special to them. They are just to help guide you on your portion control for the 21 fix program. I've only used them in the home so I can't speak to how leak proof they are. My main reason for the 3 stars is the resistance bands aren't great. This my first time using resistance bands, but this roll very easily. Love these containers. Better than BBOD because theres no guess work of which food goes in what color container.food description & measurements are on the lids & easy to read. SMART! The tops are easy to open due to a little tab cut out.this might be why the containers are not leak proof. I tested one filled water & it failed. This product allows a person to easily calculate how much food of protien, fats, greens, etc. If you follow Dr. Michael Greger, he gives a comprehensive analysis of what foods to eat, but if you are a small person, it helps to know how much of each type of food to ensure weight management. I love the colors and the little containers.

These bowls are everything to me! I had bariatric surgery last year, and these bowls make it so easy for me to prep meals and snacks without having to measure everything. Love the nesting for storage and I've had no issues with leaking.

Lids do not seal. The set is just basic containers and the instructions tell you not to rely on the size of the container for a portion. The only good thing then is the small amount of instructions. Every portion needs measured and could be placed in something disposable like a zip top bag rather than needing to hand wash tiny containers and lids each night. Some of my containers leak but its not too big a deal. These are super helpful if you find yourself overeats (which is my biggest problem) these help me control that.

I got these about a week ago and I love them! They really take the guess work out of everything. It doesn't seem like very much food but seriously once its on the plate its a lot! I've upped my protein and veggies and feel so much more satisfied and fuller. They microwave well too. I usually hand wash so I can reuse them for my next snack/meal.

I have wayyy too many tiny orange containers now (8 in first set, 8 in second), but finally enough Protein containers for a full day's allotment. The container labels wash off after a few washes and it is not leak-proof. Otherwise, it is a handy tool to have for portion control.

This was a nice set overall. The labeling started to flake off after hand washing. My vinaigrette dressing leaked a little bit.
