Cons: The product description says it comes with a couple of things but in reality all you are actually getting are the containers. If you are expecting recipes or anything else you will get better results from a quick search on Pintrest.Pros: I like that the containers seem sturdy. They have the amount and the type of food each one holds printed on the containers which is handy when you are starting out. I also like that it comes with the approved food list and a couple of pages to keep up with your days. I use an app to keep up with mine. Search "21 day fix" in your app store and it should pull up some results for both apple and android users. For the most part (as I said above) you will have to do a search for good recipes or -if you want to paper log your days- extra log sheets. I found a couple of great website that were super helpful for delicious recipes that are 21 day fix approved!All-in-all this is a great way to start learning portion control and clean eating. Give it a try. For this price what do you have to lose?
