As someone who uses computers a lot, both at work as a nurse and personally at home (as I spend quite a bit of my free time looking towards my laptop and TV often stare ), I was interested in whether blue light blockers would help my eyes and insomnia. I chose two different ones to test. I really like this one a lot. It's super light and flexible. I think the flexibility will help me not pinch my ears like the glasses I have to wear at work do. They fit easily on my nose and ears. They wrap around my head well - it's not dangerous to pull it away when I bend or stoop - but so far they don't sting or cause any discomfort. In fact, I often forget they're on me. They seem to block blue light well without giving the world an overly orange hue. I wear small prescription glasses and have found that the view through both glasses is very clear - again better than my glasses at work. The flexible temples of the glasses sit softly on the temples of my prescription glasses. I need a few more days to test how they feel over time, especially after wearing them for so many hours a day, to really know if they are as comfortable as they seem. But I have high hopes for how my ears and head will feel in the coming days and weeks as I continue to use them based on my experience.
