I bought these in red and green to decorate my freshwater aquariums for Christmas. The greens are perfect but the red came in and seemed badly colored, most of them just had the tops painted red and the bottom of each piece was just clear glass on most. I immediately contacted the seller and they said that red is the only color "painted" but that they can be in the water leading me to believe the paint is waterproof. Not so! Within 3 days the paint was bubbling on every stone and now I have to scoop them out of the tank for fear the paint will rise and hurt or worse kill my fish. Don't be fooled like me, look for the best brand/seller.
