I give this balm away to friends and family as I can't say enough good things about it. After a shower I rub the balm liberally on my feet and then put on my socks. I have never had any problems with healing cracks or chafing, itching or burning. I live in a very dry climate and often find my friends buying a "cheese grater" for heels. If I see that, I'll bring you a bottle of foot balm. You'll never have to "rub" your feet again if you use this remedy for a while after each shower. It also smells nice and tea tree oil has antiseptic properties. I rub it in wherever I feel a little itchy due to dry skin. The bottle takes about 5 months to finish. This is truly a wonderful product.
