Stay away, product does not work with app
Great for professionals, good case Cons Sound terrible, Sennheiser app does not pair with CX 400BT, very low volume, no bass, connection takes 2 minutes with headphones out of the Taken case, bought headphones, so I use the equalizer and the app, but every time searching for the device cannot find the Sennheiser CX 400BT. Not worth $199 I'm buying JBL Live 300 Sound 100% better sorry Sennheiser. But not too many connection issues for me, especially the headphones not working with the app. The audio is terrible
