They sold a used Samsung it was supposed to be new dead after 8 months just wrong defective batter

for $300 this should last at least 3 years. but you sold it to me used, it won't charge, it still looks brand new, it's brand new, i put it in the box straight away, no scratches. Very disappointed, I've spent thousands, that's a wrong 8 months. It definitely had to last. Maybe the dough was defective. Please at least give me an answer.
