do you want to love Doesn't last long enough for that

I bought this product for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. There is sound out of the box. magical. I hear instruments and a clarity that I can only hear in my home surround sound system. I never had to turn the volume up more than a third, and with the right app (I used Poweramp Media Player) it sounded better than anything I've tried on phone before. The bass is much cleaner but not too loud or obnoxious, and the highs sound like pure vocals. So what's the problem and 1 star? Long term use. The first one broke after a month of use. No visible damage. I didn't throw the thing around because of the mess. Just stopped working. After trying to fix it, the Amazon seller asked me to replace it. So I got my second. This time be more careful never to bend the wire or anything like that. Took extra steps to cause him as little trouble as possible. But after less than a month it started cutting and cutting out the sound and I was trying to bend the wire properly to get sound. Replaced again. There is. My third and I keep it but don't really use it. Only connects to my phone or Chromebook if I can hold it horizontally, on my foot, or on a flat surface. Walking around with a phone in hand and using a cable with your headphones seems to be all you need to break the device. I really, really want to love this business. If it works. It really works. However, it's easy not to be able to run with a connected network. Disappointing. There's potential, of course, but they should get the device to handle turns better when walking. So if you have it and can use it where it won't move, take it. If you want to use it for your phone or on the go, take a look around. It's really a shame.
