I have to edit my comment, I contacted support and saw that I ruined 2 trays, they offered to send me 2 more for free to replace the one I ruined. The trays work well and although it was most likely my fault the company sent me a replacement! I will continue to buy Nova White teeth whitening trays! Excellent value for money and customer service! The price was good for 2 sets of mouthguards but I messed up 2 mouthguards trying to shape them so I only had 2 mouthguards to whiten. They seem to be of good quality, maybe it was just operator error, but I followed the instructions. They work well with my whitening gel.
