Not suitable for runners

Let me start by saying that I am a 6 foot 185 pound male who runs 8:30 minutes per mile. I have been running for several years and have tried many different models of hydrators. I was looking for a bum bag that could hold both my large phone and some liquid. After a long search on the internet and trying other products I came across this package. TLDR Review: Don't waste your money if you're a real runner. 1: The belt is not elastic. This is a durable strap with no compromises. Tighten it to reduce rebound and it will break at the weak point where it attaches to the body of the pack. 2: Bottle holsters are very thin plastic items. They do NOT have their own footing. You have to use tiny elastic loops to hold the bottles in the holder. Almost impossible to operate while moving. The bottles themselves are very "furry". Not great, not terrible. The spout leaks and is not fixed. 3: The pocket on the body is big enough for my phone in the case, and there is a smaller elastic pocket in front for PG and other small items. This hip pack is suitable for a walker/hiker, maybe a light runner but not for serious runs.
