Worst eye makeup remover I've ever bought
This is the worst eye makeup remover I've ever bought. As others have said, little more than water did it, even after leaving a cotton pad on my eye for over 20 seconds. My mascara was still on me (I used Maybelline) and the shadows hadn't completely disappeared. The worst part was that it gave me a burning sensation! I don't have sensitive skin and have never had a sting from a lotion/moisturizer/foundation/makeup remover, but this one set a whole new record. This "soft" eye makeup remover is not for me at all. Also note how others have said (again) that it had no filling when it arrived and it smells very strange.
