We were impressed by the speed and efficiency of the consultants' responses to our queries.
What impressed us most was how quickly the consultants responded to any query we had, no matter how trivial or complex.
They provided clear explanations of the issues and showed that they had the knowledge and experience to resolve them. Our consultant managed to solve our problem within two days, something we would have struggled to achieve ourselves. We are now running our business with confidence. I am particularly pleased at how good their support has been over recent months - when an issue arose again last week, one of the consultants took time off from his other clients to help straight away.
